Slawomir Stawczyk is a Member of the Management Board since April 6, 2019. He supervises Legal Department and is responsible for monitoring of granted assistance, recoveries, operational risk and compliance.

Mr. Stawczyk is an attorney at law. He specializes in banking and finance, corporate and capital market law.

Mr. Stawczyk is associated with banking since 1990, initially as a attorney at law at Bank Śląski in Katowice. In the years 1995-2015 he was the Director of the Legal Department at ING Bank Śląski in Katowice and served as its proxy. He participated, among others, in the preparation of legal documentation concerning privatization of Bank Śląski and its subsequent going public. He assisted in increasing the capital share of the strategic shareholder.

In 2016-2019 he worked as a attorney at law at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak Law Firm, providing consultancy services for the banking and financial sector, and taking part in establishment of ING Bank Hipoteczny S.A.

Mr. Stawczyk was a Member of Supervisory Boards in the ING Bank Śląski group, he chaired the Banking Law Council, was a Member of the Banking Ethics Committee and of the Banking Arbiter Council at the Polish Bank Association. He was also a judge at the Stock Exchange Court of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Sławomir Stawczyk is a law graduate at the University of Silesia in Katowice.
